I redeemed the codes at the same time I redeemed the blood armor codes but the charm and band are not showing up under the DLC content.

I've tried contacting EA but I forgot my screenname (it doesn't seem to be this one)- God why do I need one for Bioware and one for EA-and even though the website has stated that it sent my screenname to my account, it has not (I even checked the junk folder). Would it have killed them to, oh I dunno, JUST PUT UP THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT E-MAIL?!?!?!!? I'm sure they can figure out what my account is based on my e-mail.

Anyway, has anyone else had this issue and fixed it? Now that I am into the game, would it be too late to get the items?

From this and other comments I am seeing, Bioware and EA REALLY screwed up with DLC.

You can activate DLC's after you have already started game. stuff that goes to inventory will go there and the various npcs for other stuff will show. So whenever you get the DLC's working atleast you wont have to worry about restarting your game from beginning.


EDIT: For whats its worth your not the only one having issues with feral and band not showing in game. Its all goofy to me though, how some of the authorized only gear shows and not others.

It's good to know, thanks. I am not playing right now since I'm at a point where, lacking the master combat skill, I'd have to waste a talent on something that I don't really want. I'm hoping that I can get that ring with its skill point so I can get what I want.



Thank you again, here's hoping it gets fixed soon. EA and Bioware REALLY screwed the DLC up, didn't they?
