At least with characters like Mhairi and Sigrun, romance mods for Awakening are inevitable.
Not to mention my kitchen mod.

This is. By far. The greatest quote I have ever encountered on the internet.
Ever.

Not to mention my kitchen mod.
Too much talking, not enough making me a sandwich.

I think by making awesome characters like this, the no romance option is just freaking cruel. This means that someone on the Bioware team has to be a sadist. xD
I'm guessing it's the person who created Tali.

Hmm, I notice that it's women....or people with women toons...that mostly care about these stupid romances. You know, if you turn off the computer and leave your homes....you can have something that's called a REAL romance....with a REAL person.

I've noticed that it's men...or people with male toons...that mostly care about fighting huge battles against imaginary foes. You know, if you turn off the computer and go to the gym...you might be able to have something like a REAL ability to be manly, and fight, and be top dog...as against other REAL men...in the REAL world. Of course that assumes that in REAL life, it's your muscles and not your dick that's the problem.

And no. I've seen both guys and girls upset about no romances. It's not just "women" moping about lack of romances. Nor does it in anyway mean that the people who like that part of the game need to get lives. It means that they actually like character development and storylines.

Why does a character have to be romancable to be deep?

Noticed you are pronouncing the name, Mhairi, for your new character....Miree? My name is Mhairi...but I have never heard the name pronounced Miree (ever) and i have heard people pronounce it in all sorts of strange ways! The correct way to pronounce is actually Vahree. In Gaelic, an Mh are pronounced as a V would be in English. Probably doesn't matter to you, after all you can call and pronounce your character names whatever you feel like...just wanted to give the correct way to pronounce just in case. Cheers!
