I ran into several Pairings of squad-mates that toggle a double-dialouge, when you got them with you.
For example when you talk with Legion at the rubble on Tuchanka, Tali will pass some words about the Quarians thinking they would get their homeworld back.
Since they toggle just once and it's pretty monotone to reload, take a new char, take the same marking again, I thought we could collect the pairings here: 

So far I got these:

Ilium:
Asking Jack, bring Grunt with you.
Asking Grunt, bring Jacob with you.

Tuchanka:
Asking Legion, bring Grunt or Tali with you.
Asking Mordin, bring Grunt with you.

Omega:
Asking Jacob, bring Miranda with you.

Citadel:
None yet.

Bring both Tali and Garrus up the stairs on the Citadel. Highly amusing.

When u go past the desk into the hallway of the citadel's entrance, bring Garrus and Thane. Thane will tell u about the flaws of c-sec and garrus will have a very short comment.

On a side note:

This is a good thread to keep bumping up to the top to get posts. A lot of people complain that since the elevators are gone and that there are 12 squadmates, there isn't much dialogue. On the other hand, there are many, many possible conversations in this game that we will never see unless we list all combinations of squadmates that work.

I hope so...many of this dialouges are way too hilarious to miss them.

What about we add the locations where a Squadmate will say something special to an NPC outside a quest/quest-dialouge?

For example Legion, when you talk to the woman at the Citadel-Docking-Area.

Although you're going to have to be more specific in your list and organize it well.

Well, I know when you are doing Thane's loyalty quest and talking to the Csec captain, that you'll want Garrus there when asking about the Shepard VI. XD

You get the same dialogue with Tali, but whenever I do it there is a small camera glitch

Miranda and Grunt on Samara's recruitment when talking to the police officer about refusing obedience:

Miranda: "Let's remember that the next time Shepard sets us up against impossible odds."

Grunt: "Not often enough."

All characters have variations on these lines, the only thing is instead of Grunts "Not often enough" everyone else says "that's about twice a day".
