For example, I'm playing on Insanity difficulty on Heretic station. You need to setup ambushes for the mechs... I tell my squad members to take cover behind uprights in a corridor and they reply OK... I open the door AND THEN TALI PUSHES PAST ME AND GOES INTO THE ROOM AND GETS KILLED RIGHT AWAY!

Seriously, this is the one main fail of this game... If your teammates won't follow orders then why be the Commander. When crap like this happens time after time after time you just want to throw the controller through the screen (or shoot your squadmates). Insanity is difficult enough without sending you insane because of this dumb glitchy command failure.
I really enjoy this game but this bug is driving me buggy too. PLEASE tell me you are fixing it?
