@Maximus: Thank you.
You're the... Fourth or fifth person, I think, to tell me the last chapter made them cry/get teary. It is a great compliment to my writing skills to know I can move other people that way.

Loved this series - I read it all through in one sitting and I bit my lip to stop me crying at the end. A much sweeter way to enter the Fade than most Grey Wardens get.

Well, I must be doing quite well for something that doesn't exist, eh?

I'm not quite sure what you mean, as that response doesn't really make sense to what I said. XD

This was an immensly well writen and constructed bit of Fiction. Truth be told, I tend to shy away from FF as it often tends to be, well, God Awful, despite the best intentions of the writer. I try to keep an open mind though as not everyone can live up to the talents of such mainstream authors like R.R. Martin or the late great Robert Jordan
However, even when someone does not have the grammatical skill of those aforementioned authors, often the passion they have translated through the words is enough to enjoy the work. In the case of Seasons of Love, it was a bit of both. The way in which the scenes and interactions were worded was really enjoyable and never felt forced or hackney; also, the depth of affection between Lelianna and the Warden really came through well and was touching as often as it was humorous.
Despite the fact that I do *not* agree with anyone's choice to kill off the Warden, whether via the U-S in DA:O or any subsequent choices in DA:A, I think you handled your personel preference well. To me, I don't see them giving the Warden a death like Neo's in the Matrix; simply because that's not Bioware's style. Though the choices are there, BW's canon plots have never had thier Heroes dying in battle. Usualy, it's very Return of the King.
Despite all that, this was a pretty damn fine adventure via Fan Fiction and your accompanying Artwork was, and is, always a Joy. Should you choose to continue the adventure with inbetween chapters or something of the sort, I know I will certainly read them with rapt attention. As Shale would say, "Very nice. Very nice indeed..."

Now how did I miss this post? Huh...
Thank you for your kind words.
I treat all my Wardens differently in regards to death, though most survive the game. Besides, I killed Legam off in his Calling 30 years after the game, something I see as inevitable unless somehow future games change the death sentence that is the taint. True, it's my fiction and I can change it if I want, but I preferred giving him a peaceful end than trying to come up with a half-arsed excuse for removing or changing the taint. I'll leave Bioware up to taint changes, if any.
Well, I am planning on doing more Legam shorts. Some involve Leliana, but not all. Though, knowing me, most will probably end up including her in some way... I'd like to start these shorts within the next week, but I'm still working on a title and I don't know how much free time I'll have this weekend. We shall see.

I was looking through old threads and stumbled upon this. Read it all in one sitting. What can I say... Beautifully written and very genuine, I was in tears by the end of the last chapter. Well done! I really like your writing style! Do you have any original work?
And I really like the fact you didn't rid Legam of the taint. I dislike fluffy fanfiction where the warden is always miraculously cured of the taint. It was a sad but a very compelling touch that Avernus did find the cure but just for the new wardens.
Well done! Keep writing and drawing!

... Again I miss a post on this topic until it's weeks later. I'm not sure why the e-mail alerts aren't getting through, or how I'm missing them...
Anyway, thank you for the compliments.
I try to stick to the lore and what's currently canon/known best as possible, though I don't have a problem with others straying from it in their own works. I'm just anal retentive like that with my own stuff. xD
As for original works... Plenty in terms of art/comics, but prose? No, not really. Not complete or online, at least. I don't write very often, as I prefer drawing and comics for storytelling.
