Changing default faces

Hi there, i searched the forums an didn't found exactly what i wanted. So here goes:

Sometime ago i made a character that has a very nice facemorph. Trouble is: I can't do that face again...[smilie]../../../../images/forum/emoticons/sad.png[/smilie]

So
i ask: Is there a way to open the savegame of the character i liked and
turn his facemorph into a "pregenerated" face to be used in character
creation?

I know how to copy a face from one save to the other. But i want a way to choose a face at character creation.
