i didn't find rouges as a class very ...usefull, they are a watered down warrior, it seems. the only thing they are good for, in my opinion, is to open doors and chests...i'd say that a warrior just bash in the door or crate...any thoughts...

I'm literally paralyzed by the number of potential responses at my disposal.

I... don't know what to say.

Yes, they should totally eliminate this class because you blow at playing it. Well thought out... you sure you didn't nick this idea from a Harvard grad?

Sadly the fighter lockpick is not available in this game. However Rogues are very cool. Trapfinding and disarming, stealth and a slew of cround control powers make for fun and death.

But they can really define your cheekbones and add some color to a pallid complexion. Especially if you get really pale in winter.

Of course, there is bronzer, which is a lot more forgiving of heavy handed applications.

You can get a hell no! The rogues for myself have been by far more versatile than the fighters.

Have the Rogue PC do the arena in Orzammar with dirty fighting, astonishing!

Put on some good foundation and rouges can really show their stuff.

I'll admit I had an easier time as a warrior, mostly because they're pretty simple to build. All you really have to do is decide on your weapon style and specialisation(s), place your talent points accordingly, then go out and hit things.

On my current playthrough as a rogue, I'm having a slightly tougher time of things. It's a lot less obvious where the talent and skill points should be placed to make a decent character, so it's easy to end up with something you're not entirely happy with if you don't know what you're doing.

In my first playthrough, I actually tried not to pick Zevran all the time, because he killed things way too fast before my massive-armored warriors can catch up to join the fun...

I hide in the undergrowth and emerge for rouge threads.

Well done. If someone can't tell the difference between shades of a color and an inveterate rascal, that's their problem.

And for the record, the class rocks. You can do more DPS with a rogue than you can a warrior. Plus the whole factor of more quests, more experience, more gold...

Oh, rouge is terrible for sure. I prefer scarlet.

Sorry, getting sick of such misspellings. On topic from here on out. Rogues don't suck. Stealth and backstabs are very useful, and rogues tend to move much faster than warriors, meaning they get far higher DPS.

While i do mostly appreciate my female elven mage (she looks quite nice with her cheeks and eyes colored a bit), Rogues always make the game far for fun and entertaining...

Thanks to a lot of you, i've caste aside my dual-mage party and i'm now running through with 2 warriors, a supporting mage, and my favorite red-head (and, sorry Leli, but i don't prefer redheads).

But just like i'd never go anywhere without my mage, i'd also never go anywhere without my rouge.

The OP as a player sucks.....can I get a hell yeah?

First of all, its ROGUE, not ROUGE. Unless you are complaining that your makeup is bad.

Rogues are extremely useful and easily the most fun class in the game to solo. If you are playing them like a warrior, you are doing it wrong.

I'm enjoying playing as rogue more than warrior, maybe warrior can be good dual weapon fighter but not as good as rogue, specially when you use rogue basic talents with dual weaps, such as backstabs and specialization with Assassin and Duelist make em much better... and yes Rogue useful with lock-pick which makes you depend on yourself to open chests instead of having unneeded companion.

It just proves the point that, you all shouldn't be wearing make up to battle.

Look at it this way: at least your foes will think your complexion is fabulous.

I love you David Gaider.

And rogues aren't bad. One of my favorite characters is a rogue. He uses two-handers even though there's no real talent build for them. He'll tear you up if you let him get anywhere near your backside.
