Semantics!? Are you high? A nuclear weapon requires nuclear materials. You cannot create a nuclear explosion with conventional explosives no matter how fast it's moving. You just create an explosion.

Commander, I've taken a look through Jacob's armory database and this is what I pulled up about the M-920 Cain:

"Though a technically inaccurate label, this prototype weapon is nicknamed the "Nuke Launcher", and its high-explosive matrix generates an archetypical mushroom cloud on impact. It inflicts high damage with large area of effect. Very effective against armor, shields, and barriers."

Meaning it's not a "nuke launcher" it just looks like one.

I'm going to shove that pole back in your ass.
