 Completed my second run as a soldier, and both times the only death is Jack.  On the first run, I did her quest too early and didn't have enough paragon points to sway the argument with Miranda.  Second time, I did it second from last and had only a tiny sliver of Paragon points remaining before full.  Still.... cannot use the paragon option.  

So my question to all you Mass Effect fanatics out there is what order did you do the loyalty quests, and have the best luck in getting all the team loyal?
My order 2nd time through:  Jacob, Zaeed, Thane, Garrus, Grunt, Mordin, Samarra, Miranda, Tali, Jack, Legion
BTW, I did both Jack and Legion after the IFF mission.  No one else dies.... and it's the only achievement left for me.
