Have a few questions on AW, starting with accuracy. Does combat magic covert spellpower into melee accuracy or do AWs need to spec into Dex or Strength to not miss 9/10 attacks?
Also what is the best way to gear an AW? Massive armor hurts our spellcasting yes, but i'm more wondering about the lack of useful stats on heavier armor. Is it worth it to where a full set of heavy armor, or is medium better, or do we just stay cloth and use our defensive magics?
Thanks in advance.

Combat Magic converts spell power to physical damage, oddly enough you seem very accurate.
i already discussed the passive benefits of combat casting but that skill goes on... when you actually turn it to an active skill you get the following.
Attack Bonus + the ability to use spellpower to determine your physical attack.
(Spellpower + Bonus = Physical Damage) in lamens terms.
Then the other skill arc is very interesting.
Aura of Might (enhancement to combat magic)
Grants additional Attack, Defense, and damage when combat magic is on.
Fade Shroud (enhancement to combat magic)
You know partly exist between the real world and the fade grants mana regeneration bonus + increased chance to dodge incoming attacks.
I suggest to go ahead and throw your mage in heavy plate armor if you want, you really do not get any negatives for that, or at least not in the console version.
I threw on the dlc blood armor on my mage, massive armor on whyrn.

That would not server those who choose to stay away from blood magic some more prefer a traditional dps mage build, and sorta make a mesh between them.
