So I come to the citadel go down the elevator and get the I Remember Me mission. Ok great except when i go up the elevator to talk with the Lt. the elevator door does not open effectivley  trapping me. Is there any way to resolve this or fix it, or am I just missing part of the mission?

I have had this problem just make a save then reload. It should work thats how I got out of it when it happened to me.
