I recently purchased Return to Ostagar and it was installed, I have even been through the storyline and completed it with my first character - so I know I HAVE it and is installed.
The problem I am having now, is that I have a new second character - which I have been playing with no problem up until today - today I am now getting a message that "the person with this content enabled must log in" - but I AM logged in.
I checked my downloaded content tab, and it is giving me a message that my Return to Ostagar stuff is now "unverified" - what has happened? I have already paid for it and should not have to pay for it again. Can anyone offer some advice?

There was a server problem that lasted most of the day that was causing this problem. The game was trying to connect to the server to check your ownership, but it couldn't. It should be resolved now, but if you're still having problems you may want to post in this thread for more visibility.
