I was just thinking about the shadow broker and i remember that a volus on the citadel said that the shadow broker could be many people and i also remember legion saying that a reaper has many programs in it is it possible that the shadow broker is a reaper.
Is the Shadow Broker a reaper?

I actually like that theory. Could really play out. It would explain a lot, after all. Like why the Shadow Broker was going to give Shep's body to the Collectors...hmmm

In the first game, Tali came to the citadel looking to trade her evidence against Saren in exchange for a hiding place. She went to Fist for help from the Shadow Broker, but Saren payed Fist to instead send Tali to his assassins. In doing so Barla Von claims Saren betrayed the Shadow Broker.
Saren was trying to stop the Council from learning of his plan. If the Shadow Broker is a Reaper, why did he object to this?

I had a similar theory but it was debunked by a few flaws. I can't remember them off the top of my head but there is a possibility.

well he didn't try to shoot you but...
he DID try to sell your CORPSE to the Collectors..had he succeeded...you'd of never been brought back to life.
kinda sounds worse then shooting at you don't ya think? I mean at least if he shot at you you'd be able to try and defend yourself and fight back..possibly winning..but as it stands you can hardly defend yourself from being sold to the collectors to become part of the gelatin that made up the terminator reaper now could ya?
