The soggy cake my dog just brought me, or perhaps the dirty pantaloons. I'm pretty certain the pantaloons would be a new sight for him.
He would just need to stick them in Wynne's bedroll for a day or two, then they would be just right.
Alistair gave me a rose. I'd give him an assorted cheese tray in return. Well, you never know.

Brosca loll'd in his face then tried to eat it.

"A surprised look" and then my PC asked him if it was his new weapon of choice. His answer had me in stitches.
Oh yes, love that line. For some reason, that line made me think of Tuxedo Mask from Sailor Moon, ah childhood memories..
Hmm, what would I give him? I like the cheese idea. Or maybe presenting Maric's sword to him. Or a Maric sword replica made out of cheese. Yes, that's what I'd do!

I'd give him a big smooch right on the lips....one he'd never forget!
His reply to "Are we married now?" was hilarious, too. I didn't want to ask him about weapon of choice because I was afraid of offending him. He's so sweet.
But then again, I am a girl....

What does he say when you ask him if you're married now? I've never clicked that option before. And you really should click the weapon choice, it is sooo funny. It's not negative, if that's what you're worried about.

Uck, as much as I <3 Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask was pretty sickeningly romantic. Looove Alistair for making cheesy romantic lines work on so many levels.
But if we're going there, then I'll take Rubeus...
Back to gifts for Alistair, does anyone know if Wonders of Thedas sells gift cards?

He says: "Oh, you won't catch me that easily, woman! I know I'm quite the prize. No need to start crying now."

Do you get more approval joking with him or taking it serious?

I've always wanted to give him that silly golem doll he goes on about. If only Bioware would add that to the inventory at Wonders of Thedas........

Ouch!!! There is no better statement to the lack of thought or care than with a 20 silver gift scroll from The World of Thedas, unless they still have that adult literature section with adult games and cards with bare naked mages pushing a cart with repulsion spells. The Chantry has been on their case about that for quite some time.
