I'd like to understand why I can't regeister my copy of Mass Effect 2 with my social network profile. My copy of dragon age is registered, and I even have the cerberus network activated + DLC. But when i try to ewnter my product key it says code not valid for game.
Made a topic about this and tried posting in others still no answer...

Did you enter all the numbers on the product key correctly? Try Restarting your PC and relogging into Bioware. Might help, but otherwise I have no idea why it would not work...
