I was travelling from Denerim to the Civil War site, when a random encounter popped up. It was about a boy in a meteor who crashed into the ground and found by a farmer and his wife. This homage to Superman was extremely amusing, and surprising for Dragon Age.

Anyone else found other easter eggs?

Not an easter egg per say, but I get a kick out of the "Gather your party and venture forth?" question with world map transitions. I've also noticed the sound effects of helms when you move them around is identical to Baldur's Gate. I haven't found any real easter eggs though. :/

I liked finding the pantaloons although they were so old and faded it was uncertain if they were silver or gold.

At one point you can say to a particular female noble "Aren't you a little short for a guard?" in a reversal of Leia's first line to Luke in Star Wars.

There's a sort of free-form sidequest that culminates in a confrontation with a powerful demon/undead in a small hovel in Denerim. The enemy is one of the most difficult in the game and is named Gaxkang. This is a refernce to the Kangaxx the lich sidequest in BG2.

One of the people you speak with in Lotehring calls the revered mother the reverend mother, a title amongst the all-female Bene Gesserit in the Dune novels. The subtitle reads revered mother, so I suppose this qualifies as a bug, or a voice actor who's read Dune recently and didn't read the script carefully enough.

There are a few other references to lines from movies or books that I can't remember off teh top of my head.

Edit: Dog can find a journal of some sort that begins with the narrator stating that s/he sometimes feels like /she's under the control of unseen forces in teh sky and hears a "click click" sound coming from above almost constantly.

"If all else fails, go for the eyes!" on the loading screen.

Edwina, however, still tends a tavern in
Denerim
.  She is a bitter, bitter woman.

In Soldier's Peak, there's a writ posted on the wall with the names of all of the rebels. I didn't recognize any of the names, but some of them sounded really familiar. Or silly.

The NPC Perpetua in Denerim is a saint from the catholic church, I thought that might have a connection with the chantry being very similar.

"And if that don't work, use more guns" (sorry, I just had to post this - this is the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the loading screen)

They're the names of the devs who worked on the DLC. You may have seen some of them posting here, which is why they'd  be familiar.

I think I found a harvest festival ring which may be related to the harvest festival cloak you get in NWN2.

I assume Lake Calenhad is inspired by Mount Calenhad in Lord of the Rings (or I guess I should say Middle-Earth).

I presume we are all taking for granted the 3 kids in the Magi Origin tower (one girl, two boys... one of the boys should have glasses and a Z-scar on the forehead to make the reference more explicit)

Not really an Easter egg, but I was amused by some of the lines you get from the Dwarf criers in the Diamond area. After I (sadly) helped Bhelen (scumbag) obtain the throne, I noticed one cry in particular, detailing Lord Harrowmont's imprisonment, ending with the line "Epic fail!"

Much laughter was had.

pretty sure that the iron rings you find in the game are a reference to the great serpent rings that the aes sedai wear in the wheel of time books.

That mad hermit mage in brecilian forest: "what is your name?". I thought for sure he was going to ask me about my quest next.

During "A Paragon of Her Kind" I found a note named "Load Limit Reached" which is basically BioWare making fun of the long elevator rides in Mass Effect. It's about a dwarf named Shepard who kills his companion because he won't stop talking in the lift.

Also at Lake Calenhad two citizens were talking about how one felt they being manipulated by greater beings who controlled there every move.

Those are Easter eggs I thought. Clever little references to other things outside of the game world.
