Anyone know how things are going to work in ME3? In one save game, I left behind Kaiden to hook up with Thane (the most interesting love interest, plus he's got the whole 'dying' thing). So is there gonna be fallout from that from Kaiden?

Another save game, I am going to keep true to my one great love, Kaiden. I even keep his email in my inbox because I love him so much. Which gets completely deleted it seems if you decide to hook up with someone else.

Lastly, what happens if you hooked up with Liara? It seems like there's a really big potentional to get her back and finally find out who the Shadowbroker really is....

If there was one thing I didn't like about this game was the fact that I couldn't immediately address my former love.  Because that would be the first friggin' thing I would do...

You can be sure that there will be fallout for exploring other options in ME3 - the devs have stated as much. Presumably it won't utterly destroy your chances with your ME1 LI, but then again it might, and to be perfectly honest if I were in Ash's position I would be extremely pissed at Jacob Shepard for being distracted by Tali's woobieness.



Nobody knows what's up with Liara, and her popularity has taken a gigantic nosedive because of it. It's generally assumed that the Shadow Broker storyline will be explored in DLC, however.



Also, the reason you can't immediately look up Ash/Carth is because you don't know where the hell they are or how to get in contact with them. It made sense to me, and it helped build tension going into the Horizon mission.

I'm curious on how the ME2 romances will cary over because its possible for a Shepard to;
Romance a character in ME1.
Then romance 3 characters in ME2.

Surely Bioware won't let there be no consequences for doing so.
