Hello!

I just recently purchased the Mass Effect 2 Game digitally and it said I would receive a Cerberus Network Card, but I have not received one yet.

Does anyone know how I would get this code, where to go, etc, or if I need to buy it separate?

The code will be emailed to you depending on which site you bought the game from. Best to contact the place you bought it from.

I bought it from the EA store. I never received an email.

Check your order again, it should be where your code is to register the game with.

I deleted my Order Confirmation email. Should it have been in that email?

Log into your EA account where you have placed your order. All the info needed should be there to rersend. I dont shop at EA store, I do my DLC from D2D.
