I'm not sure where to post this, but here it goes.

I tried purchasing 560 points yesterday so I could buy wardens keep. When I tired proceeding to the checkout after filling in all the credit card information, a message was saying 'Credit Card could not be verified'. Upon further investigation I found out the bank had locked my card for 48 hours. Their reason was something along the lines of them not supporting EA or the website or some ridiculous thing. So basically I have no way of purchasing wardens keep, unless there is another way to buy it? Will there the DLC ever be available in disk format in stores? This sucks lol.

It sounds like your bank flagged the transaction as potential fraud. This is an issue with some banks that have trouble with online purchases, or this bank just does not wish to support commerce from our payment processor.



Sadly I don't have any real course of action from this end. It is the bank's prerogative what they do and do not wish to support.
