I was wondering if someone knows what decisions you start with if you just start a new game from scratch without importing, or if they could point me to the right place.

I think it's a renegade canon, human council, wrex is dead, etc....all the renegade choices from ME1

If you do not import a ME 1 save then Wrex is dead and the humans are in control of the Council. because thats how I started my ME 2 play throughs

Actually.. it's all the neutral choices... with no charm or intimidate.

Which leads me to wonder what the default choices will be for ME3, given that there's no 'neutral' option for the game's biggest decision.
