I've been playing through again and had only the Tali loyalty mission left to go before going to get the Reaper IFF.

After returning from the lab ship I decided to take a break, so saved the game and shut down my 360.

However on returning to the game it starts up normally, I press start and then the screen goes black and the 360 locks up. I am unable to do anything but press the power button to turn off the console.

Am I going to have to delete my character and start all over again or is there a solution for this?
