After installing the patch, I noticed when I loaded my game save to continue my mission, that I no longer had my assault rifle in my weapons menu for use. I decided to load an older save going back to the ship to see if I can get it there. When I wnet to the weapons locker, the assault rifles weren't in the list. Fortunately, I did a system restore and removed the patch that way and all is well. I will avoid this patch until I get reassurances that this won't happen again.
