the 'Log In' is grayed out and couldn't log in. It's like this both DA:O & DACC and I paid my allowance for digital deluxe edition but couldn't get the DLCs.
Why is this happening to me?!

I regularly get disconnected from the EA server. Sometimes it coincides with a crash of the game. All these bugs are really getting to me.
