To start, I find it silly that people in Fereldan have sex in their underwaear, so I downloaded a patch to fix this.  Now a naked person is naked.  I am a dude, So I did marvel at the naked female figure a few times, but never really looked at the naked dudes. 

That said, in the Return to Ostagar DLC, you find Kailan kinda crucified on an apparatus along a bridge.  Whenever you reach the bridge, the game cuts to a dramatic cutscene in which you and your party mournfully look up at Kailan's naked corpse.  It starts at Kailan's face and slowly zooms down to the character.  About half way down, I Notice a strange looking fleshy spike coming from the pelvis.  Then I suddenly notice that a large, erect Kailan penis is filling my screen.  Bioware normally does a great job of keeping me immersed, even during a cutscene, but here, I just frickin lost it.  I laughed for a solid 5 minutes over that.

I'm not complaining or in any way trying to blaim this pull from immersion on bioware, as I'm the one who modded the game.  I just thought I'd share this particularlar gem with the rest of you.

Lol. I had that too. It just totally ruined the dramatic impact the cutscene was supposed to have on me.

Are you sure you don't have a nude mod installed and simply forgotten about it? Normal Cailan wears undies just like veryone else.

I saw something about this on a law and order episode, about a dude that had a stiffy after being stabbed to death.

Yeah, it also makes being trapped in Fort Drakon with Alistair a bit awkard. The cell just seems that much smaller with both of your raging boners at full power =D
