I don't make or listen to playlists that often.  When I do, they're usually themed.  Call me old fashioned, but I like to listen to whole albums, even if it's just on my iPod.

If we're talking about Shuffle... well, I don't mess around with it that much.  Shuffle can be a harsh mistress.  The stuff on my iPod is too weirdly varied, and I've got a lot of classical music on there, and I don't generally like hearing random movements of random classical pieces pop up in the middle of other stuff (I would rather listen to the whole works than parts of them).  Still, I was curious, so this is what I got:
