On my Soldier I just noticed that when choosing the "Commando" evolution, the 70% bonus does not register. I reloaded and tried the "Shock-Trooper" evolution and it works as intended. Anyone else have this issue?

You get 70% at rank 3 of your class special. The Commando evolution does not give you a further bonus.

Ah, I can't believe I missed that. Wow, major oversight. Although the description shouldn't say 70% Bonus then... *face palm*
