i have bought Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition on steam, for a reason that i dont know the cd codes for get the collector edition stuff (collector weapon, armor & incisor rifle) dont work, i contacted steam and after some mails the told me to contact who made the game, i contact EA but no answer from them, so now i'm asking to bioware, what can i do to have that codes working?
have spent more money to Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition for the collector eidtion stuff and dont have what i care most (the ingame things) is really sad...
i hope that bioware can help me, because i dont know anyone else that can help me with this matter...
please help me...

What exactly is the error you are getting? The registration servers have been on the fritz the past few days from what I have read. It took me 2 days to get ME 2 properly registered on my account.

i feel a little embarassed now, i tried again to see the error i get and this time it worked...
well if EA fixed this at last was nice to tell me, i tried over 20 times these codes, on differents days of course, was hard to give up.
