WHY WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR ME3? Why can't BioWare make an expansion that improve some rpg elements in ME2 (i'm not speaking about a skills system... now!)? In NWN BioWare allaw us, whit an expansion, to fully customize ours characters (armours and weapons!!!). This is simple to improve... NOW!

Let us to set  the left arm armour different by the right arm armour (ike in NWN!)! And let us to customize ours teammate too... Why remove this choice, this possibility? I'm speaking about an inventory/craft system. Give us the choice to use or not the N7 logo, the Cerberus logo, to give a stripe on each arm or not at all! I’m speaking about customization. Like U (BioWare) give us whit NWN!

I can't understand why we have to use clips for ammo/weapons... THIS IS NOT THE FUTURE! The idea BioWare used in ME1 was great! And the weapons's stats??? How can i make a choice? Maybe i can but... And the granades? No granades in the future? :(

Plz, improve the texture quality... Why have I to see always modder’s work to improve the original texture??? Why??? (http://social.biowar...m/project/2109/)

I've sold my Dragon Age collector's edition copy... because is NOT "realistic" as i supposed it can be (and I’m not speaking about the textute quality -improved by modders- and some graphic glitches). I will NOT sell my copy of ME2. Just because i wanna see if BioWare will improve what i'm waiting 4. MUCH REALISM!

IN BIOWARE WE TRUST! :)

This is MY opinion. I’m not speaking about to change the gameplay. I don’t know if it can be possible now.
But, if it can be possible…

I'd like to interact much more whit the npc (like in fallout 3: ok, maybe we can't kill them, ok, but let us speak whit them plz!!! Are npc dummyes? Naaaa!!! I hope i'll see something like, npc's life! Like in Oblivion!). Let me see that npc can walk. I report here what "JulianusApostate " says: "One of my favorite parts of all of Mass Effect 2 was getting drunk with
Dr. Chakwas. I'm not saying she's a superior character or anything, but the style of the scene really changed the business of talking to the cast around you. I'd like to see more things like this - maybe a scene at some point eating breakfast with all your team mates, or playing a sport, or just relaxing in some lounge after the tension of the mission is past. I'd love some of this - these moments are what bring life to the characters. Sure they could just tell you about their lives, or it could be in passing during something innocuous. I would never suggest
toning down the violence, or making the game all about relationships and feelings and crap, but the little scene with Dr. Chakwas gave me more connection to this game than all the "anomaly" side-missions combined."

And let us unlock the manufacturer licenses like in ME1… That was great!

I’d like to have the possibility to destroy everything when I use havy weapons like the Cain. I'm speaking about the world's parts, elements (in ME1 i remeber i can destroy much more than in ME2. In GOW2, whit the torque bow, u can do seriousely damage in the "world" behind u -GOW2 use the same graphic engine-).

Maybe we (Shepard) can jump (maybe like in GOW -i think this can be an idea- and not like in any fps...) and crouch... this can improve more realism i think...

Let us to have some random encounters against spaces pirates, ghets...and don't let the galaxy "die" when we finish all the main quests or side quests! Have we really killed them all? Make some random encounters to respawn! IT'S A GALAXY!

Maybe we can have some battle whit the Normandy. Let us buy (it's an idea) medigels on the ship. Show us people on Normandy living like in a military ship! :)

Paragon/renegade system pts doesn't works: isn't all black or white!

And the skills systems doesn't work too! Let me report here what "lukandroll" says: "I believe ME2 is more a shooter than Action RPG like its predecesor. The chance to hit a target is not represented on the character talents, but yours as a player, that's wrong from a role playing aspect; because you are "role playing" yourself, and not the
character. I dont have to go too far away for this, for instance, take FALLOUT 3, even when you aim and shoot with a energy weapon, if your character does not have the right amount of "Energy Weapons" talent, he will miss, that's
basic gameplay in a action role playing game. Because THE CHARACTER is not skilled enought to use the weapon, in that case It really DOESN'T matter if you are good or not at aiming, that's why you are role playing the
character.".

We all hope in less linearity... more dialog choice, to have a really unique character!

I really appreciate some answers directly from BioWare staff, just to know if They can do the same They’ve done whit NWN. :)

Ok, first off, your thread title is silly. Second you English is fine, no worries. BUT ME2 has barely been out for a month... let that sink in. We are getting a lot of additional content coming to us, so you need to relax. I understand that you feel excited and probably love the game, but you still need to calm down.

We also have to wait for ME3 because BioWare is not composed of godlike beings that can magically poop out video games on request. Nor can they implement all the changes you would like to see happen for ME2. Some of those gameplay choices are for the better, they really are.

Clearly someone doesn't know what a sequel is. Also, someone hasn't caught wind of that whole Left 4 Dead 2 boycott that happened a while back. I am calling troll.

We have to wait because Bioware can't pull the games out of his ass like a daily dump.

@XxTaLoNxX: Thnx man, :) but i really wan't to wait :D Let me explain. U're right when u wrote all what u've wote. Ok but how can U (BioWare) simplify the rpg aspect/side? I know that this is a sequel, but is now an "tps"? And i'm not speaking about the story... to much "simply"? Ok, i know i have to wait, but it's better to speak now... i hope to see what BioWare have done whit NWN... really! And what about the texture quality (and some graphic glitches)? Always the same prob... :'(

For me atleast ME2 sunk in after the first playthrough and a half AND that it has only been out that long. I already consider my 2 playrthroughs to be my perfect playthroughs to import in ME3, I'm ready for ME3 and that's shocking. ME1 I couldn't stop playing, where in ME2 I just got bored. And Bioware will have godlike beings in their mists if they make ME3 "FEEL" like Mass 1 did. There's no need for litle adjustments to things or tweak some RPG elements or what not to try and make ME3 the best or whatever. They need to write things out more and flush things out more and the CHOICES we make, have them MEAN something other than.......oh IDK............Mass Effect 2.

In my reply to this post is, if Bioware would just make an expansion to ME2 by July or when ever and have it feel like the 1st one did and stamped ME3 on it, I'd be just fine without a third installment.

I hate that we have to wait. I didn't even notice that ME2 came out bring it on Bioware.........

So let me hope! :) I don't want to wait 4 ME3 to see some improvements! :(

I appreciate your including my thoughts... Your english is pretty good, but proofreading for punctuation isn't always a bad thing...

I agree with a lot of these points, though you may have put off a lot of people from checking it out with that title. It's nice to see topic starters that keep up with their own threads. I do wish that there was some way we could know if anyone in Bioware actually paid attention to the ME3 wishlist or other related threads.

Meh. I just try to accept everything they do and move on.

Also, there's rumors going around that ME3 will be out around December 2011, if that makes you feel any better.

P.S. Your English is fine, M 3 i m 0 n.

It doesn't necessarily mean what BioWare did with Mass Effect 2 is a step down from the traditional RPG genre. Personally, I think it's a nice breath of fresh air. They introduce something nice that appeals to both RPG and 3rd person shooter fans which fits the structure of the game just fine.

Plus in the OPs original post, he keeps on mentioning realism. I'm not sure how is ME2 not a bit realistic. For example, the inventory of ME2. He keeps comparing it to NWN and FO3. Didn't he notice that you can carry tons of items and pull out weapons from thin air in those games. Where's the realism in that? In ME2, you can prepare for mission by selecting your weapon on the base which is how any soldier would normally do it, plus you can see the weapons you selected on Shepard and medi-gel comes from his omni tool. Isn't that a little bit more realistic (in a video games sense)?

I agree totally. But I must ask everyone one this thread:

I'm not doubting but

are you guys saying can't wait for another Mass Effect 2? Just for keeping some questions and suggestions going not to bust anyones bubble here.

Think about that and really let Bioware know what needs to be done for ME3.

Hey guys! :)

@ResidentNoob - Man, u're right when u say: "I just try to accept everything they do and move on." But i can't! :) Really, we all have ME2. And ME2 is ME2. Ok. But I'm speaking about a great/big expansion that give us more than we have now. And i know that BioWare can do that! Just because they have done some great expansion to other games (NWN RULEZ!!!!). I hope They (BioWare) will do the same 4 ME2 and make it better than it is now (a big/good game, obiouvsly) :)

@Karlojey - Ok bro, we all know that an inventory like taht will NEVER be realistic! :D It's ridicolous! Ahah! But, a middle way?  A realistic 1? I think it's possible! :) "In ME2, you can prepare for mission by selecting your weapon on the
base which is how any soldier would normally do it, plus you can see
the weapons you selected on Shepard and medi-gel comes from his omni
tool." This is a great job that BioWare have do! :D And we all enjoy it! (i hope/think! :))

@OasisForever1991 - "let Bioware know what needs to be done for ME3." U're right man! U're right! But ME2 Can be modify (just a little bit, not a new game guys, ME2 is a big game!). Just to be better than it is now! I Can't remove from my mind what BioWare have done whit NWN... guys, i have played it (NWN) so much times... like 7-8 times and from the original game, not only the expansions!!! BioWare have introduced a new atmosphere, a new customization system, new dialogue chioiche... I KNOW THAT THEY CAN DO IT AGAIN! :)

Ehm, guys... i don't think my eng is so good! :D Btw thnx! :)

I know that some peolpe thinks that the ammo system, the weapon variety stats, aren't depht like in ME1. This is so simple to modify... But can bioWare change all the "history" in ME2? The armour system (and all the stats -biotic resistance, shields resistance,...-)... i think that the 1 used 4 ME1 was perfect!

Great, go back and play ME1 then.

ME2 is the evolution of ME1 - Things have changed whether you like it or not. BioWare exist to make the games they want and not the ones you want. They'll sometimes ask for opinions or what people want but it doesn't mean they'll do it.

U're right, but I don't think it's so simple... ME2 is the evolution, ok, but we can agree or not if an evolution is better than the old 1. Let me post here what "lukandroll" says: "... in ME2 you are TIM's errand boy, the 90% of the time, and the game
doesn't give any options to decide IF you wanna work with him or not.
In ME1 if you didn't like the Council, you could really damage them,
cutting conversations, leting them die, etc....". This is 1 of the most great "problem" (4 me) in ME2. But if u like to play in this way, than ok. I don't want now speak about the various systems tipes... but... EVERYTHING NOW HAVE BEEN SIMPLYFIED... TOO MUCH! So... u're right. It's an evolution.
