My very first try at a Femshep, and also my first "serious attempt at making a girl in an RPG.

I have a hot guy shep and a pretty femshep, but my guy shep was imported from ME1 so i don't get a face code for him :/

Or maybe just a malnourished soldier. Doubt Shepard has had a decent meal for years. ( seeing as he was either following Saren while living on the Normany, or dead )

I don't think it's that hard, however you have to pick the right face to start with. I, for some reason, never have any luck unless I start (male) Shepard from the ugly scarred Caucasian preset. That one is very easy to model into a handsome-ish 20-something guy, oddly enough.

In Mass Effect 1 my Shepard looked like he had Chinese eyes, I have no problem with the Chinese but I wanted my Shepard to look like me. In the second game I changed his face and his eyes, and yet he still came out with the same look on his face. It pissed me off, but it didn't ****** me off enough to make me watch that whole opening segment again.

I just chose the default Shepard because I suck at making characters, they always end up looking slightly different from the default.

I love my Shepard. Since my copy of Mass Effect 2 is on the 360, I cannot produce a picture of decent quality. However, this Shepard is extremely close to mine in terms of appearance -

I like this Shepard because not only is he close the the default Shepard in looks, but Meer's voice matches this appearance perfectly (I would even say Meer's voice suits this Shepard more than the default Shep, at least for a Paragon).

Don't know about pretty.. but I suppose I can share. I always pictured the female Shepard as a soldier. A grown up one, not a teenager just off the academy. Someone who looks like she means business. Tad gaunt maybe, though with all the stress coming with the job that felt natural too.

Seriously though, some of these new styles were really neat. Bioware would've done well to implement them in the editor at the start of the game. I edited my Shepard a bit anyway, I was looking forward to a haircut : \\

That's James. I made him that way because I didn't want the "chiseled jaw" look a lot of people have.

I made the PERFECT shepard that looks just like me. How did I do it?



Make a shepard, write down the face code, then go in game. Play up until you get Miranda. What ever you don't like about him/her write down or just remember.



start a new game, enter in the previous face code and simply change what you didn't like.



FACE CODES ARE KEY!!!



It took me only a few times to get it perfect.



You're shepard may not look perfect in the face creater but in game if you did it right your shepard should be near perfect!



P.S. If you get to the part when you're in the shuttle with Miranda and Jacob, the lighting always causes shep to look a little odd, but that not a big deal as it's only one scene. Don't judge you're shep based on that scene.

Dude, that's one of the better femsheps I've seen - kudos!

Since I'm not playing on PC, I'm limited to digital camera shots, which don't really do justice:



I was messing around with the scars, and I think they kinda suit him, although I might fix them eventually.

Again, the camera shot doesn't do her justice.  The shot's from ME1, but I think the import with the fresh lighting actually made her look better in ME2.

I'll echo what others have said - it's all about spending time with the import.  I spent a good hour writing down sliders and playing with them (because I'm not cool enough to have the PC stuff,) but when you're going to stare at that face for several playthroughs, it's important that it doesn't suck.
