So I finally completed the game; all crew members survived except for Tali who got killed after infiltrating the vents. That left me wondering so I looked around online and found out that if she was loyal she'd be alright. The funny thing is that by that point the whole crew was already completely loyal. So what happened? What'd I do wrong?

I made the same mistake, and as already stated it boils down to who you had as team leader of the second squad. I believe you must have Miranda, Jacob, or Garrus as the second squad leader if you want Tali or Legion to survive.

Yup, that sounds right; I chose Zaeed; should've chosen somebody else. Oh well, I'll either wait and see how that affects ME3 or play another time round.SkywardDescent wrote...
