Just thinking this would be a cool addition to ME3. Since at the end after you beat the Collectors Grunt says something like "We beat the most powerful thing in the Galaxy, guess that just leaves us. Something to think about." So in Grunts mind the next great fight and test would be to try and kill Shepard the most powerful and dangerous person in the Galaxy. Just think it fits his character.
Grunt an enemy in ME3?

Uhhhh.... somehow I highly doubt that. He sees Shepard as his battlemaster, so perhaps a friendly spar, but he's also Clan Urdnot and Wrex would kill Grunt if Grunt ever hurt Shepard

I took that as meaning that now the Collector's are gone, Shep and crew are the force to fear in the galaxy. Until the Reapers arrive anyway

Grunt is going to return to Korlus gather up an army of tank bred and kick ass for shepard in ME3
