I am very impressed with ME2. There are still the little bugs you would expect from a game like this, for instance on the pc version at least, the little graphical quirks. The planet scanning was a little boring. I wish though that they put a little more side missions on random planets, like earth.

There are also plenty of fans such as yourself that think they're entitled to any and all games that are an RPG and therefore superior to other inferior gamers such as shooter fans. The sword cuts both ways my friend.

Then again, its your opinion that the characters got screwed, considering i at least saw that the characters were ALOT better in the second game and weren't living encyclopedia's.

And believe me, i am far from a "true shooter fan" considering i actually preffered DAO's character interaction to both ME games.


And since when shooter games are bad?(to you maybe) You DO know that the call of duty
and battlefield games have MUCH better weapon customization that both ME games?

Let me add this. The ME2 supporters and ME1 supporters are clearly divided mostly between what their priorities are. Priority for story and characters make up a good percentage of the ME1 supporters whereas priority on limited character interaction that doesn't "drag" or interfere with combat, the most IMPORTANT part of any and all video games, make up a good percentage of ME2 supporters.

I love it when obsessive liara fans such as yourself start getting into denial. So whats your point then? That the majority thinks ME2 sucks? And yes, these polls DO give us an idea of what THE majority thinks, but something tells me if these polls and votes went into ME1's favour, you would use them for your own argument.

And really? Defending it all day long? Like how i constantly critisized ME2's terrible romance and nonsensical ammo system which even you replied to means i defend it "all day long"? Hurray for logic!

Could we stop talking about EA influencing Bioware? It's somewhat silly talking about it, since we have no information about the relationship between EA and Bioware.



I don't really like how you're trying to make divisions between ME2 fans and ME1 fans. It doesn't really further the discussion at all, and audience who played the two games is not that different.

I think you guys sometimes throw out the word "troll" too easily. Sith has a point, ME2 was widely praised by game critics and fans alike for both its writing and gameplay. Many in the industry are already muttering about it snagging the VGA title this year.



So yeah, when you talk about your disappointment with it, you've got to start from the premise that yours is a minority view.
