I cannot Register my game

Every time i try to enter in ym CD key it tells me it is invalid . I bought the game off steam so either they have given me a wrong key or the registration is broken .

And no i am not entering the key in wrong . :sick:

You need to try everything with the caps lock on, and if that doesn't work, with all lower case, and if that doesn't work, reboot the PC and try again.

Seriously, you suggested he reboot the pc? lol... Rebooting your pc would do one of two things, clear your website cache of the stored files, and refresh the page once you logged back on and went to the site again, both can be done by pressing F5. Restarting your PC is a stupid troubleshooting option.



As for the other part, i assume you got your game on steam? If so, many people are having the same problem. Doesnt matter if you type it in all caps or not, with or without the dashes, still wont work if you purchased the game with steam.

Read this post on steam forums about it. The cdkey needed to register on bioware website as a game owner is hidden by the last steam update:

I have the cd key that is not the problem . The problem is that it is invalid .

The other "cdkeys" that are shown on steam are actually redeem codes, for the DLC. The redeem codes have 4 groups of chars, and the game serial is longer, with 5 groups
