Why is the 'perfect' Krogan not have any Biotics? all the awsome Krogan have them. Wrex has them.
Its like Bioware made him pure soldier because they didnt have any other squadmates to force into the role.
Could it be that his Biotics are not developed, but he has the potential to train them? He is only a week old... might take some time to get used to them.

I'm not sure traditional Krogan's value biotics in terms of strength.

Biotics are rare amongst krogan and in their eyes a 'perfect krogan' doesn't need them. They value physical strength and endurance over other skills.

"Biotics are rare among the krogan, especially since the practice of surgically creating krogan biotics has been discontinued (due to the high mortality rate). Those that exist are viewed with suspicion and fear. The krogan see this aura of fear as a useful quality for an officer, and often promote them."



Even though it says they are often promoted, Okeer was a purist and probably looked down on all this.

If u havent firgured it out Wrex isnt a traditionalist hes a rebel who breaks or bends the rules.  Hes a stands out amonst the Krogan and honestly dosent seem as dumb and thats  why hes more likeable than most Krogan. imo of course
