Just a quick question out of curiousity, and my inability to keep Jack/Miranda's loyalty...
Do you think it'll matter if we kept a character's loyalty in ME3? I.E. if Legion or Jack were not loyal but survived the endgame.

Might. There would be good and bad to it. The good would be acknowledging that the character is more loyal to you. The bad results from as you said, the inability that keep loyalty that some players experienced because of a faulty charm/intimidate system.
