I just finished ME1 and ordered the Pinnacle station, and installed it. Went into the game into options and into DLC and clicked either 'Bring down sky' or 'Pinnacle Station' and I get the end credits instead. Heard pinnacle sucked anyhow and it I can't play it I want my money back...

THat's because you finished the game. You can't play DLC in ME 1 after you've finished the game you have to load a save prior to finishing it.
