I can't help but wonder if Mass Effect is completely different in Japan, and the plot is about Shepard's fight to get pregnant by aliens.  I'd play it.

When this picture was linked to in the first Garrus Love thread on these boards, someone linked to that scene in South Park soon after.

Lulz were had.

I don't know which disturbs me more, though. "Hurian" baby or the fact that Garrus has too many fingers in that picture.
