I found a few good ones but a lot of them are really personal taste. I have about a dozen installed, which after Oblivion seems like almost an unmodded game... but these are my favorite (I think)..



Mad Dog's gift mod (search the projects here or at nexus)... it shows you who should get which gift. I installed that before playing the game on suggestion from a friend, and I really loved it. However it did have some spoilers as to the Secret Companion, but it's cool.



I also got the Dialog Tweaks and Endgame Dialog Fixes which is supposed to fix a bunch of problems that I have never encountered since I installed these before playing. =P



As for the body/hair/tattoo/romance mods and such, those are totally up to taste, so I won't even go there..
