Which is the best second specialization to give Oghren?

Since he already has the only real damage-focused specilisation, I'd say Champion for additional attack bonus and crowd control. Templar probably works, too, if only for the armor. But that's only good for mage killing and not excactly the best for damage dealing.

Well, that depends on what you want him for.



I like to give him reaver just because I feel it fits his character best.

Pretty much this. If you want to boost his spell resist, then go with Templar and give him the Templar Armor (20% Spell Res) or the Knight Commander's Plate (40% Spell Res). Otherwise, go with Champion for Rally (+10 attack, +10 def for the entire party) and War Cry (area knockdown, enemy attack debuff). Generally, if I'm bringing Oghren, it's as a damage specialist (meaning I already have another warrior- either Allistair or myself- who is wearing the Knight Commander's Plate and serving as my magic-immune tank), which means I make Oghren a Champion.

If I use him, it's usually Templar.
