I have the digital download version of the game. It's installed and I'd like to add the Bring Down The Sky add-on but as it asks me for a CD key I am stumped. I don't recall receiving a CD key with this particular download. I also don't know where the original game download was saved. Useful to know in case I wish to reinstall my operating system.

You need to register your ME CD Key at https://accounts.bio...mepc_cdkey.html, then it will give you the CD Key for BDtS.  If you don't have the CD Key for Mass Effect handy, from the game launcher click Configure.  This will launch the Configuration Utility, and if you go to Game you can see your CD Key.

Thank you. I now know where to find the CD key, that was not evident to me earlier. Downloadable content BDtS is installed.

i am having a similar issue. i purchased the digital version through Steam and i cannot find a CDKey to enable me to download the Bring Down the Sky bonus content. i attempted to use the steps described above but the options did not appear. The Steam forums were not helpful and i'm new to steam. I haven't figured out how to contact their support.

Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

HOW DO I BUY ANOTHER REGISTRATION KEY!!!! rrrrghh. I can't play my game because I installed it more than three times. they instruct me to buy another code, but there isn't a place to buy it. WHAT THE FLIPPING FACK!

You shouldn't have to buy anything. Contact EA Support, they can give you more activations.

Well, I bought a new game in a box, installed it, clicked play - and here they ask me for the registration code! So, I type it in. The window pops again, asking me for a registration code. And again. And again. Finally I open the register and check if there's another code that installed with Bring Down the Sky - there is. So, I type this one in. And it doesn't work. Again. So, I do google search and it turns out a lot of people over the years had this problem yet none of the threads I have read have been answered with an actual solution. There is one workaround devised by fans, but it doesn't work for me.

So, am I to understand that paying for the original game and all, the only thing I bought for myself were hours of google search and extreme annoyance of having a game and not being able to play it? Or perhaps *somebody*, anybody knows what I can do to make the game work? Please?
