When it asks me verify my password before allowing to purchase Bioware Points, I keep receiving a message that my password is incorrect. I have logged in and out several times and even reset my pw, but no luck.
Any thoughts on this one?

I've had the same problem, and it turns out the way to solve this is to change your password to letters and numbers only, no special characters. You'll be able to buy the points after that. (can't change back to a more secure password after that though, it doesn't work through the Cerberus Network anymore. So caveat emptor if you're planning to buy points).
