Do you find it hard to play ANY other game since ME2 released? I think it's risen the bar so high for me, it's killed gaming for me. Everything else feels inferior in comparison other than ME1 which was incredible story wise.

I'd love to give DA:O a shot, but the graphics look so dated...

No.

Because I finished ME2 in just over a day (literally), and I was left half-disappointed. Took me a month to play it again.

I haven't found it difficult to go back to Dragon Age, and the graphics don't bother me generally-- I'm really not much of a graphics ****-- but I have to admit, ME2 did spoil me. Some of the textures in DA:O, shown in close up, are real eyesores. I'm playing the console version, mind you.

I did start my second ME2 playthrough almost immediately after finishing the first, and finished that one too, to boot. And then started a third one. Maybe not a big deal for some, but it is exceedingly rare for me to replay any game that I've beaten once, excepting some of my all-time favorites. So, that's saying something for ME2.

My tune in regards to ME2 has changed. I finished it again last night and I've already started a third play through, which is very odd for me.

I've finished ME2 more times than I've finished DA:O!

No. Because ME2 didn't impress me a great deal. I thought it was better than ME overall, but I far prefer the more traditional approach of Dragon Age. That and I hop from game to game regardless of graphics quality. I still play PS1, SNES, and Genesis stuff on occasion. After ME2 I went right back to toying around with NWN.

its not so much that it spoiled other games for me, its just that i can't stop playing. i'm doing the insanity run, and by the time i finish that Awakening and god of war 3 will be out, so i'll have to play those to death.

I finished ME2, then moved on to Star Trek Online. ME2 is a great game, but to me it's just a filler before ME3 where the real action of the trilogy will unfold. Until then, there are plenty of other games to keep me entertained.

Hear this, Bioware! I have a pointy stick and if a release date for ME3 isn't announced soon, I will use it!

ME2 is shelved again until a DLC arives... it's a great game, and I really enjoyed it, but right now I'm playing Drakensang 2, and a little bit DA again, in anticipation of Awakening. ME2 might be one of the most "cinematic" games I've ever played, it's very polished and shiny, however, it totaly lacks any replayability for me, because it's just to simple in it's core.

Nah. I'm kind of bored with ME2 as it is... I played it quite a lot already but completely knowing each situation by head kind of ruins that for me now.. Though I still have to do all the side missions and will eventually..

Right now I'm trying to throw myself a bit on Supreme Commander actually... and probably some DA:O too in preparation for Awakening.

Until the Hammerhead comes, of course.

No more than watching a great movie makes me never want to see a movie again. I loved ME2, but I recently finished Heavy Rain, and I loved that almost as much. There are too many awesome games out there to get hung up on one.
