I heard that if you earn 100 paragon, you could apologize to any of your squad members. I gained 100% percent paragon but still that option is greyed out. I even did all of the endorsements at the citedal, help?

100% Paragon and unable to use a paragon option is stupid... You can talk a Specter into committing suicide, you can talk a Krogan into destroying the genophage cure, but you cant talk two bit-ches out of a cat fight...
