Since Spectres were never heard of in ME1 and ME2, they should bring in at least 2 Spectres that decide to help Shepard.
Example:
-Somewhere in the galaxy-
Spectre1: Shepard, you're a very hard man to find
Shepard: (something about why he was trying to find him)
Spectre1: No, it's nothing like that. We've heard what you've done with the collectors.
Spectre2: We've decided to join you
Shepard: (something like) Okay, but first, i need to know who you are.
Spectre2: We're Spectres.
Other Suggestions??

The only way Shepard is going to meet another spectre is if the Council decides that Shepard has gone rogue and needs a "spectre justice" sent after him. (aka ME3 opening plot twist)

We have yet to have a Specter squad mate, and no Nihilus does not count.
We have also yet to see a Turian female. Devs can solve both by giving us a female Turian Specter as a squad mate.

I get the impression that ME3 will just role over from ME2 + Liara and Ashley/Kaiden. Not many new squaddies if any at all.
