So it won't come up. The romance has ended with him at 100 adore for you, and you miss out on a fabulous friendship dialog as well. If you can reload it to before the Taliesen encounter, I would completely do that.
Edit: and if you want advice on the best way to continue the romance, don't hesitate to ask. We actually have a thread devoted to Zevran which is always on the front page. You will get the best advice about Zevran there because that's where his fans hang out. many of us know far too much about the romance than is actually healthy.
Edit: The Zevran thread I speak of, btw, is "What is the (romantic) appeal of Zevran which is at 166 pages. Yes, Zevran fans have truly found THAT much to talk about about the romance in a month's time.

I really wish the dialogue option was worded differently, though. A lot of people pick it, not realizing that it will prevent Zevran from switching to 'love' permanently.

Dialogue Tweaks seems to have fixed that "hard to kiss" dialogue, I think. It might be worth looking into, but I'm not sure it would work after the fact.

Yeh. It may be a bug, it may be deliberate, but it has caused many to write off the romance. And others, once they realize the mistake, to replay a HUGE part of the game.

Yeah, I think its after the first time you sleep with him a conversation comes about about what you and Zevran should do now, you can say its up to him, it was a just a one night stand, or ask him about love, if you say it was just a one night stand he just stays your sex buddy and you can never get him to fall in love with you.
No. That has nothing to do with anything.
Edit: It really has nothing to do with ANYTHING. I know exactly what she did and described it in my post above. She told him twice that it was up to him whether he stayed or went. Then she told him that it would be hard to kiss him if he left. What you tell him after the initial tent scene, provided you don't break up with him, has no bearing at ALL on how the rest of the romance plays out.
Edit: If you tell him it was a one night stand, the romance is OVER. No sex buddies, no more tent.
