As a dwarf noble, can you choose Bhelen later in the game as King of Orzammar? Just relatively curious if you can, or if you actually have to go with Harrowmont.

Yes, you can chose either of them for king no matter what origin you come from.

You can go with either one; the game sets it up that you should favor Harrowmont for the Dwarf Noble Origin; in the Dwarf Commoner Origin it sets you up that you should favor Bhelen.
