For Morrigan and male Warden romance, preferably after the dark ritual and the battle of Denerim:
Chris Isaak - Wicked game
Oh hell Master Shiori, you nailed it perfectly there. That song so fit my mCousland n Morrigan. That's just, wow, lol.

Here's one for the PC/Alistair romance - a little sad and desperate but very sweet nonetheless.
This is the part that really reminds me of them.Guess we both know we're in over our heads
We got nowhere to go
and no home that's left
The water is rising on a river turning red
It
all might be OK or we might be dead
If everything we've got is
slipping away
I meant what I said when I said until my dying day
I'm
holding on to you, holding on to me
Maybe it's all gone black but
you're all I see
You're all I see
Perfect

www.youtube.com/watch - Ohgren without a doubt.
www.youtube.com/watch - Alistair because of how hard he took Duncans death.
www.youtube.com/watch - makes me think of Loghain or Zevran for some reason, seems to fit Loghain more though

Female Warden and Alistair, bonding after the loss of Ostagar:
Sia - Numb
("You made me smile today
You spoke with many voices
We travelled miles today
Shared expressions, voiceless")
Alistair and the female Warden:
Rob Thomas - All That I Am
("And I breathe so you can breathe
Let me stand where you stand
With all that I am")
(PS, I FREAKIN LOVE THIS SONG. DERP DERP OK BYE)
The entire party (if they're all friends), during the journey:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIUA9105GKI
Incubus - Dig
("Remind me that we'll always have each other
When everything else is gone.")
The entire party, going their seperate ways after the credits roll:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p77Ugeq3N-Y
Kim Richie - A Place Called Home
("Someday I'll go where there ain't no rain or snow
Til then, I travel alone
And I make my bed with the stars above my head
And dream of a place called home")
The single moment when the Warden sacrifices him/herself:

Mazzy Star - Into Dust
("I could possibly be fading
Or have something more to gain
I could feel myself growing colder
I could feel myself under your fate")
For the male Warden and Morrigan in love, after she flees:

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah
("You know, I used to live alone before I knew you
I've seen your flag on the marble arch
And love is not a victory march
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah")
The Warden after defeating the Blight:

Annie Lennox - Into The West
(Yeah, I know, but I had to. It's pretty much the best song ever.)
Alistair, his insecurities about wanting a family but having none:

Nice Dream - Radiohead
("They love me like I was a brother
They protect me
Listen to me
Made me happy
Nice dream")
Cullen, admiring a female mage from afar:

Sia - Moon
("I believe the world, it spins for you
We will never be, I am the moon")
Desire Demon, or, conversely, a young and gorgeous Flemeth according to the Chasind:

Puscifer - Rev 22:20
(This song, uh. Speaks for itself. Trust me.)
The people of Lothering as the hoarde approaches:

River in the Road - Queens of the Stone Age
("Fast approaching Monsters, marching in a row
Grab what slips your mind and what your memory won't hold
Run, darling run.
Ill stall them if I can
You'll escape, and I'll be left rotting on the vine")
Another for Alistair and the female Warden

Whee, I don't care if I'm late to the game! I love these things, so I'll do it anyway! Sharing music is always good times.

Haven't listened to the others yet, but found these two quite interesting! You should come and contribute to the music related threads in the off-topic forum.
I haven't thought about music suitable for character "themes", but off the top of my head, I think Tom Wait's "Bad Liver And A Broken Heart" pretty much suits Oghren, after he loses Branka.
A bit of the lyrics:
"No, I don't have a drinking problem,
'cept when I can't get a drink.
Wish you'd have known her,
we were quite a pair;
She was sharp as a razor,
she was soft as a prayer,
So welcome to the continuing saga,
she was my better half,
and I was just a dog..."

That reminds me of at least the sentiment of this song. Never mind that it's from a father to his daughter, I think Fiona and Maric would agree with the general gist, when they left their boy behind.

Morrigan - I agree with whoever picked Cris Isaak's Wicked Games
Leliana - Loreena McKennit's La Serenissima. Mostly referring to her constant longing for peace, as she mentions in certain conversations. Besides, I can even picture her quietly playing this on her lyre in camp ^^
*goes back to wracking her brain for songs for the rest of the companions* :innocent:
