I just completed Mordin's Loyalty Mission playing as an Adept on Insanity, with Jack and Mordin in my group.

I let the salarian guy live, stayed around and hacked the console to get some cash and then left.

Shepard leveled from level 15 to level 16 and got two squadpoints, but Mordin and Jack still had the same amount of squadpoints as they did before the level.

It said I went to level 16 in the Illusive Man's mission complete dialogue.  I even replayed the final boss fight right before you encounter Malin in the lab and left the lab immediately without hacking the console, but still had the same result.

I also tried going back to the Normandy and taking Jack and Mordin back to the planet to see if it would give me the squadpoints, but no luck.

Has anyone else had an issue with this?  I think* also that Miranda hasn't increased in squad points, which leads me to believe that the level didn't count for anyone but Shepard.

I'd also like to note that I did the pyjack quest before doing Mordin's loyalty mission, and I also didn't have Grunt's Loyalty Mission active yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
