I like demons in general, but Desire Demons win points for being intelligent and manipulative. I also like how their design emphasizes the sexual with that barely there nipple cover and chain, and the cloth wrapped around their waists. Yet, they still look monstrous with impossibly long fingers, talons instead of fingernails and toenails, and eyes that look otherwordly. It lends them a predatory quality.
Pride Demons aren't bad either although we barely get to fight any.

Desire Demons. I'm a bit of a succubi fan. At least that's what my special someone likes to tease me over constantly, and she isn't entirely wrong. >.

Anyway; I´d go for dragons; they´re majestic and beautiful.

Definitely the Revenant. I like the special ability ''pull'' and ''double strike'', the model looks terrifying (DAO had too few real nasty looking enemies), he wields a giant ugly blade, hes undead, the sounds are really cool and he uses magic. He makes always a challenging fun fight. (At least in the middle of the game) Completely satisfied.
Agreed. It took me two hours to beat my first one, but after I stopped screaming profanity they became my favorite fights, esp. the ones in the Brecilian Forest. I look forward to them now....

I'm not evil... I'm misunderstood. Games are fun?

Ed Gain used similar arguments... The "game" reference is a Black Sabbath quote, actually ans yes, they are fun; even when you loose.
Damn. I knew I recognized that line from somewhere.

I suppose I should set the difficulty to hard instead of normal.

The Broodmother is probably the most.. interesting creature in the game. It's also my favorite fight, as it requires some movement, running around killing tentacles and darkspawn. I guess I've played too much WoW.
Her nipples remind me of suction cups.
...Just sayin'...

This. They are by far my favorites to fight....basically for all the reasons you gave.
Another enemy I like...just for lolz(not because they are hard to fight) The big tree-thingys!!! Their actual names escape me atm, but they make me laugh...

I like the boss fights where every ability seems to matter, and where each of the enemy's abilities is more pronounced, as opposed to a subtle melee strike/attack.

I did the opposite. Had myself and leliana using bows, wynne doing her stuff and shale taking care of the darkspawn when they arrived. When they weren't there he used rock hurl on the brood mother.

They are cool too, but way underpowered. I mean its a giant tree stomping and smashing me with branches as thick as a man.

Arcane Horrors. They are creepy, elegant, and otherwordly. They also have no problems blasting your face off before you can say "Anorexic".
I second this. They are bolth creepy and beautiful. And it was so much fun being one in the fade!
