Then I'm obviously gonna complain about that! I've been a Bioware fan since before Bioware published their first game, just based on what Ray was posting on usenet. If ME2 is not "my game" then I want Bioware to explain why it sold me out in favor of people with ADD and 12 year old kids? Did I ever volunteer for an Adventure Game using an FPS engine and combat mechanics? Hell no, I didn't. Time for Bioware to get honest and stop calling their games RPGs. Or even hybrids. Mass Effect 2 is an old school adventure game in an action game wrapper. To claim it is an RPG is an insult to previous Bioware games and to fans of roleplaying games.
Anyone who knows me would be shocked to hear me say this, but Bethesda is making better RPGs than Bioware is these days. I hope the Bioware folks can find their way back to their roots, but based on their recent "smash hits" Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2, I am not hopeful. The only thing these two titles have going for them is interactive cinema. Don't get me wrong, I've always liked the voice acting and cutscenes as an important supplement to gameplay, but when those items *become* the game that's a big problem. And besides, it isn't even GOOD interactive cinema. If somebody spliced all these cutscenes and dialogs together into a movie format, how many people would sit through it? I doubt even many Bioware employees would. It's far below "B movie" quality. If this is really the key to making games, then I gotta think that any Hollywood movie studio could make better games than Bioware, and it wouldn't even be close. And I'm pretty sure Hollywood movie studios are as capable of hiring programmers and licensing a game engine as Bioware is, right? And lord knows, they could do a much better job with the 3D animations, right?
I can't believe there are reviewers giving this title a perfect score. I seriously can't. How much lower can the industry go?

ImperialOperative lol at your response. Yes, you are exactly the kind of immature and anti-social dweeb that Bioware is targeting these days. ME2 is *very much* YOUR game, isn't it? Especially on renegade, am I right? ;p

Nontheless, that's basicly saying you can't complain about the game, nothing is perfect and ME2, is no exception. It's literally one of my fave of all time, but even I have grips. I should be allowed to state them.
